All marked prices on our product list include the existing legal VAT rate. For countries outside the European Union, the customs agent fees and import costs are not included in the item’s cost or the shipping fees and may have to payed in destination by the recipient of the goods.
All prices at www.amboamaeloc.com may be revised and modified at any time.

Upon completing your purchase you may wish to select the bank transfer option. In this case you will receive an Email, which, together with the confirmation of your order, will indicate the account number required. It should be made payable to VICENTE SANDE LAMAS in EUROS.
Please ensure that you indicate, "order number xxx" in the subject bar as well as your name and surname. The bank transfer should be carried out within a 3-day period, counting from the day the order was placed; otherwise your order will have to be cancelled. The order will not be considered complete until the transaction has been verified by our bank. To facilitate the transaction, we recommend that you send a bank transfer receipt either by Email to amboamaeloc@gmail.com.
Remember that payments should be made in EURO and the customer will pay any currency exchange commission or bank commission if this method of payment is selected. For bank transfer payments made from countries other than Spain, it is important that any commision / fees applied by the bank of origin are paid by the customer. If this is not the case, Amboa&Maeloc will delay dispatching the order until the entire amount is received.

Each operation, which implies the transmission of personal information or bank details, is carried out within a safe environment. In this way the credit card details are only known and handled by the bank, whereas the order and client details are known and handled only by the trader.
In this way, if you are a holder of a "Secure enabled" card, you will always be able to make a payment with a VISA, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO on our web-site.
When making a VISA, MASTERCARD or MAESTRO payment, customers will be asked to supply the following information: the credit card number, the expiry date and a validation code, which refers to the last 3 digits printed on the back of the credit card. In this way we are able to guarantee even greater security for on-line transactions.
In practice, if you choose to make a payment with your "secure enabled" credit card, you will be asked to provide your credit card number and expiry date as before, and also a password for exclusive use when making on-line payments. This password will identify the customer, unequivocally, as the owner of the card. 3. Shipping Options and Delivery
Orders will only be dispatched on working days (Monday to Friday). Please, remember that bank transfer orders will not be dispatched until the transaction has been verified. Orders to be paid in instalments will not be dispatched until the application has been approved.
Amboa&Maeloc reserves the right to change the delivery method and transport company regardless of what is stated on this page and given that the changes would not in any way be detrimental to our customers.
Important: We are unable to accept a shipment to a PO BOX address.
a) Deliveries to Spain (Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands)
All items are delivered by express transport agencies, within a period of 1-7 days to the Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. This period is calculated once the goods have been collected from our warehouse.
If the order is under 120.00 Euros, a charge of 7.00 Euros for shipping costs will be applied. If the order is over 120.00 Euros, shipping costs are free.
b) Deliveries to Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla) and Andorra
The delivery time for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra is approximately 1-7 days.
If the order is under 300.00 Euros, a charge of 14.00 Euros for shipping costs will be applied. If the order is over 300.00 Euros, shipping costs are free.
c) Deliveries to Europe, United States and Canada
The delivery time for Europe Zone 1, Europe Zone 2, United States and Canada is 3 - 10 days.
A charge of 17.00 Euros for shipping costs will be applied to countries in Europe Zone 1: Portugal, Belgium, France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Austria, Denmark, Greece, Ireland, Sweden, Monaco, Finland.
A charge of 32.00 Euros for shipping costs will be applied to countries in Europe Zone 2: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania.
A charge of 21.00 Euros for shipping costs will be applied to countries in Europe Zone 3: Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, San Marino.
A charge of 17.00 Euros for shipping costs will be applied to deliveries to United States and Canada.
The shipping costs do not include any possible extra payments, which may be added, such as taxes or customs duties.
4. Guarantee
Amboa&Maeloc's customers will benefit from the guarantee provided by the Spanish Legislation, established in the following laws:
• Real Legislative Decree 1/2007, dated November 16, that approves the text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complemenraty laws (articles 68 to 79, 101 and 102).
• Law 7/1996, dated January 15, Retail Trade’s Development (articles 44 and 45).
Defects or imperfections due to the incorrect use or manipulation of goods, as well as the wear and tear produced by the normal use of a product, are not included in this guarantee. Any decline in the function of a product, due to its design limitation, is also excluded from guarantee.
5. Refunds and exchanges
Our Customer Service Department includes an after-sales service, which is designed to help our clients solve any problems that may arise concerning our products or shipments. This department aims to offer a fast and efficient response to customer queries.
If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, you can return the unwanted product within the following 30 working days of the delivery date marked on the order. (According to art. 44 of the Spanish Law No. 7/1996, 15th January relating to the retail trade and modified by Law No. 47/2002 on 19th December).
Simply send back the “unused” product in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Please remember that the customer pays shipping costs to return an item to our warehouse.
It is very important that returned product/s are posted in suitable wrapping to prevent damage. If a product does not arrive at our warehouse in its perfect state, due to inappropriate wrapping, the exchange/refund will not be accepted.
Once the returned goods have been received at our warehouse and their condition has been checked, amboamaeloc.com will accept the return and will proceed to process the corresponding exchange or refund, according to the form of payment used to place the order:
a) If you paid for your order by credit card, the refund will be returned to the same credit card account.
b) If you paid for your order by paypal, the amount will be refunded to he same paypal account.
c) If you paid for you order C.O.D or by bank transfer, you will be asked to provide us with a bank account number so that we can process the refund.
Note: The amount will be refunded to your account within a period of 20 days, which will be calculated from the date the returned goods were received at our warehouse. Bear in mind that if you paid by credit card, the refund will probably not be shown on your bank invoice until it is updated, the following month.

The purpose of the aforementioned file is to facilitate processing of orders and to send commercial communications relating to products and services, only to those customers who have previously selected this option.
